New "2,4,6,8,10" Loyalty Scheme

From January 2012 we are introducing a new loyalty scheme which is available to all new and existing customers ordering from us from 1st January 2012. After completing your first order with us this year we will send you a unique customer promotional code which you can use at our online checkout to gain a 2% discount on your next order with us (discount on value of goods before the addition of shipping charge + VAT). The discount will increase to 4%, then 6%, then 8% on each subsequent order, and will finally reach a 10% discount on receipt of your 6th order.

The 10% level is the maximum discount level but once achieved it can then be used for life !!

Just keep a note of your unique customer promotional code and use it each time you place an order with us, your discount level will automatically be increased with each order until you achieve your lifetime 10% discount on all orders with us at Smart Inkjet.

VAT Rate Change and EU zero VAT option (posted: Jan 2011)

In line with new government regulations we are now charging VAT at 20% to UK customers. All pricing on our website is + VAT and the total tax charged for any order is added and fully detailed in our online shopping cart. We are now able to accept online orders from customers in EU countries with no VAT charge as long as a value EU VAT number is provided at our online checkout.

We can now offer free delivery on ITL's wide range of Solvent and Water based inks to customers within 15 miles of Manchester with M or SK Postcodes. Orders can be placed via the website (select "FREE ITL INK DELIVERY Manchester M and SK Postcodes" as the shipping method at the checkout) or by telephone on 0161 355 7 355. In most cases we can deliver within 24 hours of receipt of your order, please provide a telephone number in case we need to check your location.
