TRADE COUNTER (August 16th 2010)
We are now able to offer a collection service from our new address at:
Unit 14, Brighton Road Industrial Estate, Heaton Mersey, Stockport, SK4 2BQ.
We are now located just next to Junction 1 of the M60.
The majority of the ITL Solvent
and Water Based inks product ranges can now be collected on a same day basis rather than paying for and
waiting for delivery. Please phone us first so that we can allocate stock for your order and we will provide a
collection time for you. The same payment options are available with this service as are currently available through
our website and you can still place your order via the website, selecting "trade counter collection" as the shipping method.
Please ensure that you provide a telephone contact number with all orders.
GOOGLE CHECKOUT (July 1st 2010)
We have now added Google Checkout as a payment option at our online checkout to offer
more flexibility and choice to our customers. We are continuing to use the PayPal and PayPal
Express payment processing services alongside Google Checkout - the choice is yours !!
PAYPAL COMPLETION ISSUES - RESOLUTION (31st January 2010)
Speak to the online authorisation department at your bank or credit card company depending
on which type of card you are using. If the transactions fails or comes back with a message
that your card can not be used for this transaction it is often the case that the card
issuer is failing to provide authorisation to PayPal when requested, they need this
confirmation to complete the transaction.
The customer service department at your bank
can provide support on these issues, however, to resolve you need to speak to the
department that deals with online authorisations. You should only need to do this once and
you can use your card repeatedly. This information still applies if you have used the same
debit or credit card on other websites, this is because PayPal is applying an additional
level of security to prevent any kind of card misuse or fraud.
You may be advised to set-up
a PayPal account so that you can make payments directly from your account and funding
can be added from your bank account, debit or credit card.
