Smart Inkjet - Sales Terms, Payment & Delivery Information
Ordering & Payment
Orders can be placed through this website for the full range of products we supply. There are options at the checkout to make payment by
Debit Card, Credit Card, PayPal Transfer, Bank Transfer, Cheque or Postal Order. All of the details needed
to complete your transaction with us are provided on screen via our shopping cart system to save you time.
Secure payment processing is either with PayPal or Google Checkout. If you prefer to order by telephone please call the office on 0161 355 7 355.
We
will require cleared payment before the dispatch of goods. All orders placed via our website are immediately confirmed by email to the email address
provided when completing your order. If after ordering you do not receive a copy invoice in your e-mail account please contact us
immediately so we can investigate and ensure your order has been recieved for processing. Dispatch confirmations are sent by email on the day your order is shipped.
You can also track your order dispatch with your RC order number and email address.

Trade Counter Goods Collection
Customers can now collect a limited range of ITL Solvent & Water Based inks from us at our new Trade Counter, often on a same day basis,
rather than paying for and waiting for delivery. Please phone us first so that we can allocate stock for your order and we will provide a collection
time for you. The same payment options are available with this service as are currently available through our website and you can still place your
order via the website, selecting "trade counter collection" as the shipping method. Please ensure that you provide a telephone contact number with all orders.
We are now located at Unit 14 Brighton Road Industrial Estate, Heaton Mersey, Stockport which is just next to Junction 1 of the M60.
Delivery
UK delivery of all ITL Evo Sol and ITL JS2 440ml Ink Cartridges is on a Guaranteed Next Working Day basis at a cost of 7.99 UK POUNDS + VAT.
This service only applies to orders recieved with full payment before 3pm. If we fail to deliver those goods in the timescale
indicated we will fully refund the shipping cost paid. Our standard UK delivery time for all other products is 1-2 working days
although we do always try and deliver the next working day wherever possible. All UK orders are dispatched with either
UPS or DHL Courier or using the Royal Mail's Guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery Service and full online delivery tracking is available.
EU & International shipments are usually sent with DHL.
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Public holidays unless by prior arrangement.
Important Additional Information
Goods will only be shipped after payment has been received.
We are notified of debit or credit card payments, PayPal transfers or Google Checkout transactions immediately after they are
completed and delivery is scheduled straight away. We accept payments by cheque, postal order and bank transfer; the delivery of goods will take
place only after funds have cleared in our account; customers may be offered the option to have the goods shipped immediately upon receipt
of their company cheque or with proof of the completion of a bank transfer however this service is provided at our discretion.
International Customers & Shipments
We are able to accept orders through our online shopping cart system from all customers in the UK, EU and Internationally.
It may be possible that we can improve on our international shipping rate for you, if you wish to email us the type and quantity
of goods required, along with your delivery address, we will get a courier quotation and advise you of the cost and delivery
timescale.
Returns / Refunds Policy
If any Smart Inkjet product fails to perform adequately as per the product description on this website we will be happy to provide you with a full
refund but please notify us within 14 days after delivery and request the return either by telephone or email. Goods returned without due notification
and agreement by ourselves will not be accepted. The option to have a full refund does not apply to goods which were simply ordered in error or
where an incorrect selection of products was made by a customer when placing an order. Goods ordered in error may be accepted for return
however they will always be subject to a restocking fee and the agreement to any return for goods ordered in error is purely at our discretion.
If any of your goods are recieved damaged you should notify us immediately. Refunds will be issued using the details provided when your order was placed,
i.e. cheque payments will be refunded by cheque, debit or credit card payments will be refunded only to the card number used to process the initial
transaction.
